Welcome to Ndaka Safari Lodge

Our modern lives are simply too busy, rushing from task to task, we don’t get enough treasured time with family. That’s why owners Mark and Tracey created Ndaka Safari Lodge in the first place – they wanted out from the rat race, and they wanted others to have the opportunity to take some time off too.

Breathe out and let us take care of everything for you. You’re here at Ndaka Safari Lodge, where you’ll feel right at home with nature.

Ndaka Safari Lodge is a fully-catered, truly child-friendly lodge in the Nambiti Big 5 Private Game Reserve. Conveniently located between Johannesburg and Durban, Ndaka is the perfect meeting place for family and friends. Although you can’t choose your family, you can choose Ndaka – it’s kind of the same thing!

COVID-19 Lockdown Update

In accordance with the directive issued by President Ramaphosa on 23rd March 2020, regrettably we will have to close our doors on Thursday 26th March 2020 and we expect to reopen when lock down is finished.

We will be in touch with the many guests that will be affected by this unprecedented scenario.

Team Ndaka wishes you and your family good health and strength to deal with the days ahead of us but we firmly believe in the power of our collective efforts to protect our communities.

Be safe & take care.

Unlocked Safari Special

The wild has been waiting for you during lockdown. The bush is the perfect place for a breather and our post-lockdown specials will give you every reason to leave online game drives behind and escape into the landscape. Give the whole family a much-needed change of scenery or meet up with friends when regulations allow.

We know you’re tired of being at home, but nothing beats being at home with nature at Ndaka.

Be welcomed as friends; leave as family

Our three days in Ndaka were utterly amazing. The lodge is surrounded by stunning scenery and has plenty of areas to relax and read (always important on our holidays).
