Our team takes great pride in striving for the best guest experience possible and creating unforgettable memories for our guests.

Mark’s energy and his “hands on” management style together with Kate’s friendly yet professional approach as well as her broad hospitality background ensure that both our guests as well as our team are in safe hands.

Guiding Department:

Head Guide – Lisa Grant
Field Guide & Assistant Manager – Amy Roberts
Field Guide – Courtney Steyn
Field Guide – Graeme Stewart
Field Guide – Siya Kheswa
Our guiding team is exceptional – they are knowledgeable and well trained but like a good laugh too. Lisa, Courtney, Graeme, Amy and Siya develop great relationships with our guests while out on game drives as well as back at camp. 

Reservations Department:

Reservations & Admin Manager – Pam Mills
Pam manages our Reservations department while also fulfilling a vital administrative role together with Tracey “behind the scenes”.
Reservationist – Sandile Dladla
Sandile is always happy to assist with any enquiries regarding reservations. 

Front of House Department:

Front of House Manager – Fana Dlamini
Fana together with Gugu, Pretty and Nokuphiwa really enjoy taking care of our guests’ needs while in camp.

Catering Department:

Head Chef – Brian Ntuli
Brian and our inspired team of chefs – Nothando, Kwazi & Olga – will tickle your taste buds with their mouth-watering culinary delights.

Maintenance Department:

Special Projects Manager – Neil Mills
Maintenance Supervisor – Sandile Mntambo
Neil and Sandile M together with Nathi, Thokozani, Shakes and Zama are very proactive and keep our buildings, gardens, vehicles, plumbing and much, much more in check.

Housekeeping Department:

Housekeeping Supervisor – Zanele Hlatshwayo
Zanele and the Housekeeping team of Thando, Zama, Zandile, Pinky & Winnie ensure that our guests feel very “at home” in the comfort of their suites.
